Income up at Fulton

LANCASTER, Pa., July 20, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Fulton Financial Corporation (Nasdaq:FULT) reported net income available to common shareholders of $26.6 million, or 14 cents per diluted share, for the second quarter ended June 30, 2010, compared to $22.4 million, or 13 cents per diluted share, for the first quarter of 2010.

Pa. Turnpike hikes fares

E-ZPass customers will pay 3 percent more to drive most of Pennsylvania's toll roads next year under a new fare schedule approved yesterday by the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission at its regularly scheduled meeting. Almost two-thirds of Pa. Turnpike users currently pay electronically via E-ZPass. The toll for cash-paying motorists will increase by 10 percent.
